Monday 3rd
James and Natsumi arrive in Italy.
Tuesday 4th
Day of rest in Rome, wedding preparations.
Wednesday 5th
Day of rest in Rome, wedding preparations.
Thursday 6th to Tuesday 11th
James and family to arrive and settle at Villa Palazolla for 5 nights. Guests are welcome to extend their stay here with the family by contacting Villa Palazzola directly. Room rates are available on the website for extra nights info@palazzola.net
Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th
Natsumi and the Kyo family to arrive at Domus Australia in Rome. This is the home of the Australian church in Rome. It has very comfortable beds, sound-proofed rooms, and English-speaking staff. It is a delightful oasis and we highly recommend it if you wish to stay in Rome. Website: https://www.domusaustralia.org/en/
The Kyo family will move to the Villa on Saturday 8th.
Friday 7th
2.00pm Most guests arrive for three-day wedding, and check in at reception
3.00pm Welcome drinks in the garden
6.30pm Supper
Saturday 8th
9.15am Bus departs from Villa Palazzola to the Church.
10.30am Wedding ceremony to commence at Chiesa Sant’Anna, Vatican.
12:00pm Bus departs Church, returning to Villa Palazzola for the reception.
12.30pm Wedding reception to commence at Villa Palazzola with drinks and canapes on the villa terrace, overlooking Lake Albano.
12.45pm Bride and groom arrive with the wedding party.
1.30pm Sit-down lunch to commence.
3.30pm Cutting of Cake.
4.30pm Formal celebrations complete – time to rest… or dance on!
7.30pm late supper provided.
Sunday 9th
11:00am A Catholic Mass will be said at 11am for those who wish to join the newly-weds.
12.30pm lunch together on the terrace
2:00pm Games, swimming, naps, and a pleasant afternoon. A day of rest and relaxation at Palazzola.

10am departure for guests continuing their travels
