FAQ

What can I bring as a gift?

Please no gifts – just making the trip to Italy is all we could ask for.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP here by the 8th July 2022.

How do I book accommodation?

Please book your accommodation directly if you would like to stay at the Villa. Please email info@palazzola.net We have also made other accommodation suggestions on the accommodation page.

Can I have extra meals at Villa Palazolla if I am not staying there?

Yes! If you do not wish to stay at Villa Palazzola, but would like to join us for meals other than the Saturday afternoon wedding feast, please book in for these meals as soon as possible by contacting info@palazzola.net  Last minute inclusions will not be possible.

What is the weather like in Rome in early October?

It is roughly the equivalent of Melbourne in April. In the first 10 days of October there is a long term average of 18°c at night, and about 24°c at noon. Historically, there is a 57% chance of a sunny day, a 17% chance of a cloudy day, 15% chance of light showers, and an 8% chance of rain.
Villa Palazzola is located in the Alban Hills near Rome, and is generally a couple of degrees cooler than Rome.
It will get progressively cooler as the month goes on.
If you plan for cool nights and warm days, you should be comfortable.

I can’t make it to Italy, but I’d love to celebrate with you.

We understand not everyone will be able to come to Italy. We intend to organise an informal celebration in Australia early in 2023. Invitations to follow.
